The Addams Family

This year, our orchestra is dipping a toe into the waters of the macabre to bring you The Addams Family. This music is more twisted than Wednesday’s braids and more menacing than a visit from Lurch, yet we are pressing on and making great progress during our weekly rehearsals. The students are working hard and developing new skills, even if some of the charts have had us reacting as if they were smells from Grandmama’s attic.

Year 3 String Program

Their focus was evident in Performing Arts this week as our Year 3 students began learning how to play a variety of string instruments, as part of our Introduction to Strings program. The students are very excited to be presenting what they have learnt at our winter concert with Miss Sun on 26 June. Happy playing, everyone.
