Think about how many layers of clothing you are wearing indoors.
Wearing too many layers of clothes can also cause you to overheat because of the extra insulation it provides. This can cause:
- excessive sweating, which will make you feel uncomfortable and even sick.
- more serious problems like dehydration, heat rash, fatigue and exhaustion, muscle cramps and low blood pressure.
All these symptoms can hurt your health and productivity.
