Subject Selection Fair

A big thank you to everyone who attended the Subject Selection Fair on Tuesday 24 May. It was so wonderful to see people back on campus, participating in a large-scale event.

The event was held to support students in making informed subject selections decisions, that align with individual strengths, interests, values, and career aspirations. We also provided parents/guardians the opportunity to better understand the options available to their children.

Over the last 2 weeks, I have enjoyed meeting with students to discuss their subject selections for 2023. I have been incredibly impressed with how well prepared our students are for this process and I commend them for this.

Thank you to all who attended, and to the staff who made the event so successful.

Casey Grammar Careers Website

Students and parents/guardians have access to the Casey Grammar Careers Webpage via the Casey Grammar homepage.

This website is a terrific source of information for both students and parents/guardians and I strongly encourage you to regularly check the page for important career updates.

Open Days 2022

We are fast approaching the time of the year where Universities and TAFE providers are opening their doors to welcome prospective students and their parents/guardians to visit their campuses. Open Days provide the perfect opportunity for Secondary School students to assess their future educational options and ask any questions they might have.

Open Days can get a little overwhelming with so much to see, do and explore. However, they are a great way to help you choose your preferred University/TAFE. Open Days also provide an opportunity to meet with current students.

For parents/guardians of students who interested in pursuing a VET course as part of their Casey Grammar School program.

Federation University Early Offer Program

Federation University is offering an Early Offer Program for 2023 courses. This program allows students to submit a simple application by verifying your eligibility for acceptance, i.e. the completion of relevant pre-requisite studies.

Swinburne Early Entry Program – Now Open

Swinburne University of Technology offers an Early Entry Program for 2023 courses. The Swinburne Early Entry Program allows current Year 12 students to apply early and receive a conditional (no ATAR) offer to study a Swinburne course.

Latrobe Aspire Program – Now Open

Latrobe University (Aspire) offers an Early Admissions Program that rewards students for their involvement in leadership or volunteer work in their school and/or community. Successful applicants receive an early conditional offer to La Trobe, so you could know early on if there is a place for you in your dream course.
