Annual Winter Concert

The Music Department will be holding its Annual Winter Concert on Thursday, 2 June at 7.00 pm in the Performing Arts Centre.

While this is a free event, tickets must be booked via this TryBooking link:

The concert will be streamed for family members who cannot attend and the link for streaming is on the TryBooking homepage.

This event is a great opportunity for students in a school ensemble to showcase their hard work and talent. We look forward to seeing you at the concert.

VCE Music Night

Our VCE Performance Night will be held on Tuesday, 7 June in the Performing Arts Centre. 

This event will showcase our Year 11 and Year 12 VCE performers who will present their concert programs for Semester One. The night will run from 7.00 pm to 8.00 pm and tickets are not required. Please come along and support our performers.

Top Screen 2022

On Tuesday, 10 May, our Years 10, 11 and 12 Media students visited ACMI.

We began with a walk through ‘The Story of the Moving Image’ exhibition. The exhibition features moments throughout history and demonstrates how screen and digital culture have shaped the modern world, from TVs and consoles to cinemas and smartphones.

We then attended the 2022 ‘Top Screen’ showcase; a screening of 16 short films created by the top Year 12 Media students in 2022. These films were recognised as some of the best in Victoria and they showed our students what it takes to make a film that stands out.

It was a highly educational day, filled with inspiration for our students to make their own movies.
