Good Luck for Exams!
We could be excused for losing track of the weeks that were spent in lockdown. But with no uncertainty about the date, our VCE students arrived at school last Tuesday morning to sit the GAT.
There were mixed feelings among the students; the excitement of seeing each other face to face for the first time in months was soon replaced by the seriousness of sitting a VCE examination.
In two short weeks from now, the written examination period will be underway. Currently, the focus is on revision lectures and practice exams and our students are wise to make the most of the short amount of time left to prepare for this challenge.
As we prepare to farewell our Year 12s, we are equally keen to welcome back to campus our students from Years 7 to 11 in Week 4.
In the meantime, remote lessons are in full swing, as has been common practice for the past year and a half.
Our patience is once again needed, reminding us of the quote by American author, Joyce Meyer who said, “Patience is not the ability to wait, but the ability to keep a good attitude while waiting.”
Stay safe everyone and we look forward to seeing you back on site soon!
