Remembering Annalise
Our school community is shocked and saddened by the sudden and unexpected death of Annalise Roy in Year 4.
Annalise was like a ray of sunshine – always smiling, always singing and always happy. She was a very social girl who played with children of all ages and who cared deeply about others. Today, the Junior School children spent time remembering Annalise, sharing their fondest memories of her, drawing pictures and writing stories about her.
Our thoughts are with Annalise’s parents, Robert and Julia, and her brother, Brendon, in Year 11.
I extend my heartfelt condolences to all of Annalise’s grieving friends and to the staff of Casey Grammar who are numbed by this tragedy.
I am grateful to you, our parents, as you undertook the difficult task of breaking this news to your child over the weekend. Thank you for your cooperation as we work together to support the children during this difficult time. We will keep in close communication with you over the coming days and weeks as we continue to remember Annalise and celebrate her life together.
If you are concerned about your child and need to contact the school, please do so through email or phone.
